You have questions, we have answers!
What are the lease terms?
We offer lease terms ranging from 9 to 15 months depending on availability.
Are there income or credit requirements?
Household income must generally be at least 3 times the monthly rent (before taxes). A security deposit can vary based on screening results. Contact the leasing office for exact criteria, as they depend on the application and screening process.
How can I pay rent?
Residents typically pay via resident portal or app (which supports one-time or recurring payments by bank account/e-check or credit/debit). Specific instructions and any accepted in-person methods are provided after move-in or by contacting the leasing office.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. It is a pet-friendly community with a pet spa and walking park. Cats and dogs are welcomed (max 2 pets) up to 75lbs. Certain breeds are restricted. Contact the leasing office for details.
What is the pet deposit or monthly pet rent?
One-time pet fee of $300 per pet, plus monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. Confirm current amounts with the leasing office, as fees can update.
How do I submit a maintenance request?
The community offers 24/7 emergency maintenance. Routine requests are typically submitted through the resident portal or app. For emergencies or if you do not yet have portal access, contact the on-site office or the provided emergency maintenance line.
Details can change, so the best source for current, property-specific information is the leasing team. Office hours coming soon!
